Shipping and return policies for Rad Rush Records

Return Policy
REGRET PURCHASE
Should the customer regret the purchase, the customer should return the item in original condition, as soon as possible. Rad Rush Records will refund the money. The buyer pays the return shipping costs.

DAMAGE / HANDLING / POSTAL SERVICE
Rad Rush Records is NOT responsible for the loss of items caused by the postal service. Furthermore, Rad Rush Records is NOT responsible for damages to the goods caused by the postal service. This is out of our hands and has to be dealt with the postal service. Rad Rush Records ALWAYS send mint condition items unless other is clearly stated (i.e. used products, second-hand etc.)

DAMAGE
Should shipped item be damaged but clearly not caused by the postal service (i.e. the box is intact but merchandise is damaged), return as soon as possible. Choose money back or new product. It will be up for discussion should the present item be out of stock. When shipping vinyls, the record's cover sleeve could possibly get a bump when transported. This does not count as damaged goods and item will not be compensated. Rad Rush Records will compensate damaged item return shipping costs.
